Arcos Vallarta, Zip Code 44130, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, web page yourdreamswedding.com is responsible for the use and guardianship of the personal and, in case, sensitive information provided by individuals interested in acquiring an hotel product or service from the Responsible Party, said individuals hereinafter will be referred to as the "Owner", pursuant the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Information in Possession of Private Parties ("Law"), in this regard we inform you of the following:

Scope

This Privacy Notice governs the use and protection of the Owner’s personal information in possession of the Responsible Party pursuant the Law.

Purposes for which we will use your information

The Owner’s personal information, will permit the Responsible Party to carry out its main activity and provide the hotel products or services that may be requested, required and/or may be required. Likewise, said information will be utilized to identify the Owner in order to advice, respond and follow up; and it may be disclosed exclusively to the people who are indispensable, in order to carry out the activities or the instruments to comply with the obligations derived from the main activity of the Responsible Party. Disclosure of provided information will be conducted according to the principles of consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty and proportionality, in addition, it will serve as contact information, for the purpose of drafting documents, strategy design and, if applicable, collection.

The personal information will be used appropriately and for the purpose for which they were obtained and may be integrated into a database, created by Responsible Party or a third party to whom it is entrusted. Said database will not be of the public domain and may have additional information generated by its own means.

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following secondary purposes which are not necessary for the Responsible Party to provide the product or render the requested services, however they allow and facilitate us to provide a better service:

• Inform or offer the Owner of commercial promotions and tourist products in general, as well as any other related product or service, such as, without limitation, conveyance of promotions, special services, brochures, surveys and other products and services of the Responsible Party for their affiliated companies and related projects.
• Visitors’ registration at the aforementioned web site.
• Similar or analogous to the previous ones.

In case you wish your personal information not to be processed for such secondary purposes, from this moment the Owner can communicate the above through an email sent to gerencia@dreams-wedding.com.mx referring in the subject of such email this Privacy Notice.

The refusal to use your personal information for such secondary purposes shall not be a reason for us to deny you the services and products that you request or hire with the Responsible.

What information we collect and how

The personal information of the Owner we collect is: (i) name, (ii) business name, (iii) address(es), (iv) telephone(s), (v) email(s), (vi) Unique Certificate of Population Registration (CURP), (vii) Federal Taxpayer Registry and (viii) others allowed by Law, for the aforementioned purposes in this Privacy Notice. We can collect Owner’s personal information in different means: when you directly provide it to us; when you visit our address, website or use our online services and when we obtain information through other sources permitted by Law.

Information transfer

All information transfer to our collaborators is carried out assuming that they have the same obligations as the Responsible Party, in the terms of this Privacy Notice and Law.

The transfer of Owner’s personal information to third parties (different of our collaborators), will be done exclusively if you grant consent to provide it, with exception of information to financial institutions or authorities.

Likewise, the Responsible Party can transfer data and personal information of the Owner to third parties that have direct or indirect relationship with the Responsible Party and it is necessary to carry out their activities.

Likewise, the Responsible can transfer data and personal information of the Owner to its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as to other companies related to Responsible. The foregoing, to provide information and notices regarding their activities.

It will be understood that the Owner has given his consent, for the transfer of personal information if he does not express his opposition, pursuant the third paragraph of article 8 of the Law.

Sensitive personal information

We inform you that if sensitive personal information is required, pursuant the Law, the Responsible Party hereby agrees to treat them under security measures, guaranteeing their confidentiality and consent to the processing of their information. By using the aforementioned website, you consent and authorize that your sensitive personal information be treated pursuant this Privacy Notice and under the Law.

ARCO rights

You have right to (i) know what personal information is held by us, the purposes they are used for and use conditions granted (Access); (ii) request the personal information’s correction if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); (iii) deletion from our records or database when it considers that it is not being used properly (Cancelation); (iv) as well as oppose the use of your personal information for specific purposes (Opposition). However, it is important that you are aware that not in all cases we will be able to respond your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that, due to any legal obligation with the Responsible Party, we will need to continue treating your personal information.
